Add a few drops of white vinegar to the water in the saucepan you are using to poach an egg. The vinegar will stop the egg white from spreading everywhere.
To remove tea or coffee stains

Fresh tea or coffee (non-milky) stains on washable fabrics can be removed with cold water. Milky tea or coffee stains will need to be sponged with cold water and detergent. Don’t use hot water on milk stains as you will harden the protein in the milk and set the stain.
