24 hour ginger beer

June 15, 2011 Filed under Extras

This recipe for ginger beer comes from a Fact Sheet off Burkes Back Yard, an Australian TV gardening programme.  It can be ready to drink within 24 hours.

As it uses ginger root instead of powdered ginger, it will probably be stronger than the other ginger beer recipe on askmumnow.com.  I haven ‘t tried this so will be interested to hear how you get on.
